If you delete your account on this site, you will no longer be able to access it.

Please note that you cannot re-register with the same email address as well.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us from the “Refund”

Before deletion, please note that we may ask to a questionnaire regarding the reasons for deletion.

When the data deletion procedure is complete, you will be notified by e-mail of the final completion. After that, we will delete the record of the email address itself, so we will not contact you in the future.

[Wholesale members]

The wholesale member can also delete the account on the site in the same way, but the original contract will not be cancelled. As the contract will be reviewed, the sales staff will contact you again.
