You can check your order details from the “Order” page on the “My account” page.

[Cancel order]

We accept cancellations for products that are “preparing to ship”. Please contact us using the form on the “Contact” page.
In principle, products will be shipped by 6pm on the business day when the order is confirmed. If you can not contact us by that time, we may ship even if you contact us, so please be forewarned.
Please check the “Return / Exchange” page for items that have been shipped.

[Cancellation flow]

The flow of cancellation is as follows. When our staff receives the order change request, we will contact you by phone or email.

  1. When our staff confirms the order change request and enters the change procedure, the “Status” of the relevant product on the “My account > Order” page becomes “Pending”.
  2. Our staff will cancel the credit payment (only for customers who select credit payment) and cancel the products applicable to this site.
  3. The “Status” of the corresponding item on the “My Account > Orders” page will be “Cancelled”. We will notify the end of processing to the customer by phone or email.

* About credit card processing
In some cases, credit cards are charged immediately upon purchase. In this case, the credit company may refund the same amount.
We will check the status of the billing process, so please check with your credit card company regarding the refund status.

* About returning a canceled order
Once an order has been canceled, it cannot be returned and reordered.
Sorry for the inconvenience, even if you order the same contents, please select the product again on this site and perform the purchase procedure.
