Confirmation / change of order contents
You can check your order details from the “Order” page on the “My account” page.
[Change of order]
We will accept changes to the products only if they are “preparing to ship”. Please contact us using the form on the “Contact” page.
In principle, products will be shipped by 6pm on the business day when the order is confirmed. If you can not contact us by that time, we may ship even if you contact us, so please be forewarned.
Please check the “Return / Exchange” page for items that have been shipped.
[Order modification method]
There are the following methods to change the order. When our staff receives the order change request, we will contact you by phone or e-mail, so you can select it.
A. Cancel the previous order and get the correct order from our site again.
This is the procedure for all customers who choose to pay by credit card. Customers who choose other payment methods can also perform this process.
- When our staff confirms the order change request and enters the change procedure, the “Status” of the relevant product on the “My account> Order” page becomes “Pending”.
- Our staff will cancel the credit payment (only for customers who select credit payment) and cancel the products applicable to this site.
- The “Status” of the corresponding item on the “My Account> Orders” page will be “Cancelled”. We will notify the end of processing to the customer by phone or email.
- Sorry for your inconvenience, but please order the correct order again by the customer.
Credit card processing
In some cases, credit cards are charged immediately upon purchase. In this case, the credit company may refund the same amount.
We will check the status of the billing process, so please check with your credit card company regarding the refund status.
B. We will accept the changes and process the order by communicating with our staff.
You can also select this method for “Cash on Delivery” and “Bank Transfer”.
- When our staff confirms the order change request and enters the change procedure, the “Status” of the relevant product on the “My account> Orders” page becomes “Pending”.
- Our staff will ask you for the correct order again and change the order details.
- After the modification work is completed, the customer will be notified of the end of the processing by phone or email. Please click the display button that has the “Action” item of the corresponding product on the “My account> Orders” page and check if the changes have been applied.
- Please be sure to contact the person in charge by telephone or e-mail to confirm that it will be shipped by the customer.
- The “Status” of the corresponding product on the “My Account> Orders” page will become “Preparing to ship”. No telephone notification will be given.
- Products will be shipped in accordance with normal product shipping procedures.

We do not charge any fees for changes.

Please note that shipping charges may change due to changes in order details.
*About delivery date designation
Please note that we may not be able to meet the originally requested delivery date and time due to the change procedure.
