Please contact us from the “Inquiry” page of this site to let us know that you want to return or exchange the product. If the product has defects, please describe what kind of defects there are.

Our staff will contact you by phone or email. For cases that can be exchanged, we will ask whether you want to return only or exchange. In addition, we will confirm partial returns or reshipments due to differences in quantity etc. at this time. We will also explain the handling of refunds at that time.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send the product to us by “Cash on delivery” using the carrier of your choice.

Below is a description of the exchange procedure.
- After the product arrives at our company, we will arrange the shipping of the replacement product. We will contact you by phone or email when shipping.
- If there is a difference in price due to the exchange procedure, or if an additional fee is incurred, we will ship by cash on delivery. As a general rule, we do not support anything other than cash on delivery.
