[Return and exchange conditions]

■ Special return policy

In the following cases, returns are possible.

  1. To return unopened items as they are after arrival.
  2. When the product has obvious defects, whether it is unopened or unopened.
  3. When an item different from your order arrives due to our mistake.

For cases 2 and 3, we will pay for the shipping. Please note that the shipping fee for 1 will be borne by the customer.
We will not accept returns in any other case.

What is an Obvious Defect?

■ Exchange agreement

Exchange is possible in the following cases.

  1. When the product has obvious defects regardless of whether it is opened or not.
  2. If the wrong item arrives due to our mistake.

We cannot accept exchanges other than the above. We will bear the shipping cost.

  1. Please contact us from the “Inquiry” page of this site to let us know that you want to return or exchange the product. If the product has defects, please describe what kind of defects there are.

  2. Our staff will contact you by phone or email. For cases that can be exchanged, we will ask whether you want to return only or exchange. In addition, we will confirm partial returns or reshipments due to differences in quantity etc. at this time. We will also explain the handling of refunds at that time.

  3. Please kindly send the product to us by “Cash on delivery” using the delivery company of your choice.

  4. If a refund occurs, we will process it. For details, please refer to “Refund Policy”.

Below is a description of the exchange procedure.

 

  1. After the product arrives at our company, we will arrange the shipping of the replacement product. We will contact you by phone or email when shipping.
  2. If there is a difference in the price due to the exchange procedure, or if an additional fee occurs, we will ship by cash on delivery. As a general rule, we do not support anything other than cash on delivery.

We will bear the cost of our mistakes, returns due to defects in products, and shipping costs for exchanges.
Please send it by “Cash on delivery” by any shipping company.
In addition, please note that we will not bear any costs other than shipping costs for returns (packaging material costs, transportation costs when bringing in a delivery carrier, etc.) in any case.

[Exchange with another product]
We will not accept exchange for a different item from your order, except in the case of exchange special agreement 2 (when a different item from your order arrives).
