About refund

Regarding refunds, we will operate under the following conditions.

Refunds are only possible if you request a return under the following circumstances:

1.  To return unopened items as they are after arrival.
2.  When the product has obvious defects, whether it is unopened or unopened.
3. When an item different from your order arrives due to our mistake.

In the case of 1, the product will be treated as canceled.

[Refund flow]

1. According to the flow of returned goods, we will inspect the product when it arrives at our company and inform you of refund.
2. When you contact us, please tell us which bank account you would like to receive a refund for.
3. We will notify you of the processing by the next business day after the refund processing.
