About refund
Regarding refunds, we will operate under the following conditions.

Refunds are only possible if you request a return under the following circumstances:
- To return unopened items as they are after arrival.
- When the product has obvious defects, whether it is unopened or unopened.
- When an item different from your order arrives due to our mistake.
